2. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and all activity under your account. Fairsales may suspend or restrict accounts for abuse, fraud, policy violations, or security concerns.

3. Listings and Marketplace Use

Listings must be accurate and complete. Public listing availability depends on platform status and approval rules. Listing details, condition, and pricing may be subject to review under structured platform processes. Fairsales may reject, remove, or restrict listings that violate policy or marketplace rules.

4. Purchases and Payments

Purchases may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Paystack. Payment completion may depend on external systems. A listing is treated as finally sold only when platform confirmation rules are satisfied. Failed or canceled checkout does not guarantee purchase completion.

5. Verification and Condition Information

Fairsales may provide verification, condition, and pricing context to improve trust and clarity. Users remain responsible for reviewing listing details carefully before making purchase or sale decisions.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Fairsales for:

• Fraud, deception, or intentionally false information
• Impersonation or unauthorized representation of another person or business
• Interference with platform operations or misuse of site functionality
• Unauthorized access attempts or security circumvention

7. Intellectual Property

The Fairsales platform, trademarks, branding, and site content are owned by Fairsales or its licensors, except for user-submitted content and third-party materials as applicable.

8. Suspension or Termination

Fairsales may suspend, limit, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or operational integrity.

9. Disclaimers

Fairsales is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every listing or transaction will proceed without delay.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fairsales and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to amounts paid to Fairsales, if any, for the specific transaction or service giving rise to the claim.
